ERK BORU STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCTION INC., with a monthly production capacity of 750 tons, is the only leading company in the sector capable of producing all diameters ranging from Ø8mm to Ø323.9mm. Our Pipe and Profile productions are carried out with TIG welded (T.I.G welding) and computer-controlled (laser welding) using two different welding methods.
We are proud to be the pioneer company in Turkey to perform bright annealing on the line for the first time.
All tests used in stainless steel Pipe – Profile production; Eddy Current and Hydrostatic tests are carried out in our factory during production, This ensures crack-free, hole-free, flawless production.
Main grades we produce:
AISI 304, AISI 304L(1.4301-1.4304), AISI 316, AISI 316L, (1.4401-1.4404), 316TI (1.4571), AISI 321(1.4541), AISI 201, AISI 201J1, AISI 201J3, AISI 201J4, AISI 204 material grades, along with SAF 2205-1.4462 duplex PIPE/PROFILE are specially produced in our factory. We have very important reference customers for whom we carry out special production of 1.4462 grade Duplex. This product has excellent corrosion resistance.
This grade is defined as 1.4462 or X2CrNiMoN22-5-3 according to EN standards, and as S31803 or S32205 according to UNS standards.

For all our profile productions, surfaces can be 180 grit - 240 grit - 320 grit - 400 grit - 500 grit - 600 grit (special surface finishing is also applied according to customer requests).

STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCTION STANDARDS AND DESCRIPTIONS:
1.EN 10217-7:Welded stainless steel tubes for pressure purposes and general applications
2.EN 10357: Welded stainless steel tubes for food and chemical (cosmetic) industries
3.DIN 11850: Welded stainless steel tubes for food and chemical (cosmetic) industries (German version)
4.EN 10296-2: Welded stainless steel tubes for general purposes (no mandatory method). These tubes are usually produced with HF welding for lower cost production.
5.ASTM A778:Welded stainless steel tubes without heat treatment (non-annealed)
6.ASTM A554: Welded stainless steel tubes used in construction. Because these tubes are used decoratively, they are also defined as “Ornamental Tubes“. They are basically low-cost HF welded tubes, and are definitely not recommended for process usage.
7.ASTM A358: Stainless steel tubes produced with EFW (electric fusion welding). During production, each tube undergoes radiographic testing (X-Ray Control). In this welding, both edges of the coil sheet are heated by electric resistance to melting point, and the welding is completed with the help of filler material without applying any pressure.
8.ASTM A312: Seamless (drawn) or welded stainless steel tubes, heat-treated, for general purposes
9.ASTM A249: Welded, heat-treated stainless steel tubes manufactured for use in heat exchanger production
10.ASTM A270: Seamless (drawn) or welded, heat-treated sanitary stainless steel tubes manufactured for food, cosmetics, and special pharmaceutical applications
11.ASTM A269: Seamless (drawn) or welded, heat-treated stainless steel tubing for general purposes. (generally used in instrumentation applications) 12.ASTM A213: Seamless (drawn), heat-treated tubing used in boilers, heat exchangers, and superheater production
13.EN10296-5: Seamless (drawn), heat-treated stainless steel tubes for general and pressure purposes according to European standards
14.EN10219-2: Welded, cold-formed box profile production standard
15.ASTM A790: Welded or seamless stainless steel tubes with ferritic / austenitic (duplex) structure standard
16. ASTM A789: Welded or seamless stainless steel tubing with ferritic / austenitic (duplex) structure standard.
